In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "677cx," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 677cx online gaming platform and its operators, accessible at https://677cx.com.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 677cx platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a Player on the 677cx platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Platform" refers to the 677cx website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and any associated software, tools, games, and services provided by 677cx.
• "Games" refers collectively to all casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, bingo rooms, Hi-Lo card games, and sports betting products available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, cashback, or bonus PKR amounts credited to a Player's Account by 677cx under any promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means Pakistani Rupees deposited by the Player into their 677cx Account via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or USDT conversion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible Games before they become eligible for withdrawal as Real Money Funds.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by 677cx prior to processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary, binding restriction placed on a Player's Account preventing access to the Platform for a specified or indefinite duration.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 677cx Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 677cx. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional or game-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional or game-specific terms explicitly state otherwise.

677cx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms are written in English. Where any translation of these Terms is provided for convenience, the English version shall govern in all cases of ambiguity or inconsistency.

To be eligible to register a 677cx Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person acting in your personal capacity and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 677cx or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person;
• You are registering your own Account using your own accurate personal information, and you understand that providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms;
• You do not already hold an existing 677cx Account, whether active, suspended, or previously closed;
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS, a valid email address, and a date of birth. 677cx reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided during registration at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

677cx reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that eligibility requirements have not been or are no longer being met.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your 677cx Account. This responsibility includes, without limitation, all wagers placed, all deposits made, and all instructions given through the Platform using your login credentials, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

You must keep your 677cx Login password strictly confidential and must not disclose it to any third party under any circumstances. 677cx strongly recommends that you enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication, which is available from your Account security settings. 677cx will never contact you to request your password by any means.

If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 677cx immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. 677cx will take reasonable steps to suspend the Account and investigate the matter; however, 677cx accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

You must promptly notify 677cx of any changes to your registered contact details, including your mobile number and email address, to ensure that critical Account notifications and security codes continue to reach you.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 677cx Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 677cx supports the following payment methods: JazzCash mobile wallet, EasyPaisa mobile wallet, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency (converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at time of transaction).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 677cx Account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account balance. 677cx does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 677cx payments team. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval during business days. HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank withdrawals are processed within three (3) business days. USDT withdrawals are processed within 24 hours at the PKR-equivalent rate applicable at the time of processing.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 677cx reserves the right to request proof that the withdrawal destination account is owned by the registered Account holder before processing any withdrawal.

• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met.
• Real Money Funds that have been used to meet a Wagering Requirement are withdrawable subject to successful KYC verification where applicable.
• 677cx reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your Account, 677cx reserves the right to reverse the erroneous credit regardless of whether funds have been wagered.

The following general conditions apply to all 677cx bonuses and promotional offers unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") on eligible Games before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Different Games contribute different percentages toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Live casino and table games typically contribute at a lower percentage than slot games. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active and a Wagering Requirement remains outstanding, the maximum permitted single bet or stake is PKR 500 (or equivalent). Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Time Limits: Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds remaining after expiry are removed from the Account.
• One Bonus at a Time: 677cx Accounts may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before the current bonus Wagering Requirement is completed will result in forfeiture of the preceding bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: 677cx reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, collusion, hedging, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.

677cx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are intended for recreational players only and may be limited to one per household, device, IP address, or payment method.

All casino games, slot titles, bingo rooms, Hi-Lo card games, and live dealer tables available on the 677cx Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by 677cx or any third party.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published in each game's information panel within the Platform. Live dealer games operate in accordance with the official rules of the respective game variant as stated in the game's help section.

In the event of a disconnection, technical fault, or system error during a game round, the Platform will attempt to complete the round and settle the outcome based on the available game state data at the time of the interruption. If a round cannot be completed, the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's Account balance. 677cx's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sporting governing body. 677cx reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time of bet placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 677cx Platform. You must not, directly or indirectly:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other time;
• Attempt to register more than one Account or access the Platform through another person's Account;
• Use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human players;
• Engage in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms;
• Exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation are void;
• Use the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or security systems;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse 677cx staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

677cx is committed to promoting safe, controlled, and responsible gambling among all Pakistani players on its Platform. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 677cx Account holders at no charge, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount of PKR you can deposit into your 677cx Account;
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on net losses within specified periods;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net win/loss position;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and block access to the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and, once applied for periods exceeding six months, may only be lifted after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period following the expiry date.

All content on the 677cx Platform, including but not limited to the 677cx brand name, logo, trade marks, service marks, website design, user interface layouts, graphics, text, software code, game assets, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 677cx or its duly licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Use any 677cx trade mark, logo, or brand element in any manner without prior written consent;
• Frame, mirror, or scrape the Platform or its content for any commercial or non-commercial purpose;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trade mark, or proprietary rights notice displayed on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of 677cx intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by 677cx.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 677cx shall not be liable to you for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of goodwill or reputation;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage;
• Loss arising from interruptions, delays, errors, or failures in the Platform caused by factors outside 677cx's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, power failures, or acts of God;
• Loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account login credentials;
• Loss arising from your reliance on information, data, or content provided on the Platform, which is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind.

Where 677cx's liability cannot be excluded by law, 677cx's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in that period, up to a maximum of PKR 500,000.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 677cx's liability for death or personal injury caused by 677cx's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

677cx reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 677cx will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players by email to their registered email address or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued access to or use of the 677cx Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the revised Terms take effect. 677cx also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, promotion, payment method, or service available on the Platform at any time without prior notice or liability, subject to honouring any Real Money Funds balance held in your Account at the time of such change.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them, or your use of the 677cx Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming licensing standards and the general principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating under international licences.

In the event of a dispute between you and 677cx, you are encouraged to contact the 677cx support team in the first instance by email at [email protected]. 677cx will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, it may be escalated to 677cx's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available upon request.

677cx's decisions on disputed game outcomes, account violations, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to manifest error. 677cx is not obligated to provide reasons for Account closures or bonus voidances in cases involving suspected fraud or Terms violations.
